The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase. The code goes in at online checkout or is given in the salon; if the visit costs less, the rest stays on the code.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. A booking paid with a voucher is cancelled on the same terms as any other — at any time, including inside 24 h of the visit, where the salon keeps a share and the rest comes back as credit.
