Pick an amount or a treatment. The voucher is emailed the moment it is paid — forward it or print it.
Paid by card. Valid 6 months from purchase.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase. The code goes in at online checkout or is given in the salon; if the visit costs less, the rest stays on the code.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. A booking paid with a voucher is cancelled on the same terms as any other — at any time. Your first change, made at least 24 h before the visit, costs nothing — the whole payment becomes credit towards your next visit, valid 90 days. On a further change to the same payment, a cancellation less than 24 h before, or a missed appointment, the payment is forfeited. If the salon cancels, the whole payment comes back as credit. You see the amount before you confirm.
